On 2026-01-20, at approximately 14:00 UTC, we were notified that customers using UiPath Automation Cloud™ Public Sector were unable to access the Orchestrator Jobs page. This prevented them from viewing job statuses, manually starting jobs, or exporting job data. Our team immediately began investigating the issue and identified the root cause by 2026-01-20, 15:30 UTC. The fix was successfully deployed and verified by 2026-01-20, 16:00 UTC, restoring full functionality to all affected customers.
Following a deployment to the UiPath Public Sector environment, we discovered that the Orchestrator Jobs page was not loading correctly and was displaying the following error message: "Sorry! An error occurred and the page will reload (#199 - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'footer'))."
We quickly identified that a required configuration setting was missing from the environment. Once this configuration was corrected, the Jobs page functionality was fully restored. We are implementing process improvements to streamline configuration management and prevent similar incidents in the future.
Issue was reported by customers. We missed running some deploy tests on the update of the Orchestrator and we are taking actions to make sure we ran the complete range of tests.
On 2026-01-20 at 14:00 UTC, our team began investigating the issue by replicating it in the UiPath Automation Cloud™ Public Sector environment. We identified that the root cause was a missing configuration setting, which was applied to fully resolve the issue.
